Simply submit your image to us after purchase, and we’ll carefully place and prepare it inside the charm before shipment or local pickup.

Each charm comes with an easy-to-use lobster clasp attachment, making it simple to clip onto your graduation tassel or cap.

Fulfillment Time

Please allow 2–3 days for your tassel charm to be completed and prepared for pickup or shipment. If you need your order sooner, please message us on Instagram and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Once we receive your image, we will send back a mock-up preview showing where the image will be cropped to fit inside the frame. You will have up to 24 hours to approve the mock-up. If no approval is received within that timeframe, we will proceed with production and shipment using the provided image.

We recommend using vertical images where subjects are positioned close together for best results, but we are open to reviewing other appropriate images as well
